Jeweltix is an online B2B marketplace for jewellery CAD design files, based in India. CAD designers upload and sell jewellery designs in 3DM and STL formats, and jewellery manufacturers, CAD studios, and 3D printing units buy those files for production. Jeweltix does not sell physical jewellery, precious metals, or gemstones — only digital CAD design files.

Jeweltix serves three groups: jewellery CAD designers who want to sell their designs, jewellery manufacturers and karkhanas who need production-ready design files, and CAM vendors who operate 3D printers and convert those files into physical patterns for casting.

No. Jeweltix sells only digital CAD design files in 3DM and STL formats. These files are used by manufacturers to 3D print patterns and cast jewellery. No physical jewellery, metal, or stones are sold on the platform.

Yes. Registration is free for buyers, CAD designers, and CAM vendors. Designers pay no fee to list designs; Jeweltix earns a commission only when a design sells. CAM vendors currently pay nothing to list their shop.

Jeweltix operates across India and serves designers and manufacturers nationwide. The CAM vendor network covers major jewellery manufacturing centres including Mumbai, Kolkata, Surat, Jaipur, Pune, Delhi, Chennai, Coimbatore, Rajkot, and Hyderabad, with new cities added as vendors register.

Jewellery CAD design files can be purchased on Jeweltix, an Indian marketplace dedicated to jewellery CAD. The platform offers designs across categories including rings, earrings, pendants, moni, murti, mangalsutra, bangles, and bridal sets, in both editable 3DM and print-ready STL formats. Yes. Every design on Jeweltix includes a live 3D preview that can be rotated, zoomed, and viewed from any angle before purchase, along with automatically generated render images from five different angles. The actual design file cannot be downloaded until payment is completed.

After payment, you receive immediate download access to the design file in the format listed. Where a design is offered as an editable 3DM file, the corresponding STL file is included, since every 3DM listing on Jeweltix requires a matching STL upload.

Purchasing a design grants a licence to use the file for your own production and manufacturing purposes. Designs may not be resold, redistributed, shared, uploaded to other platforms, or claimed as your own work. Full terms are set out in the Buyer Terms and Conditions.

Jeweltix accepts UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, and wallets through a secure payment gateway. Payment details are handled by the gateway and are not stored by Jeweltix.

If a purchased file is corrupt, incorrect, or materially different from its listing, you can raise a dispute within 48 hours of purchase from your Purchases page. The seller's payment for that order is automatically frozen while the dispute is reviewed, and it is resolved by the Jeweltix support team through a refund, replacement, or release of payment.

A 3DM file is Rhino's native format and stores editable NURBS geometry, meaning the design can be modified — resized, reshaped, or adjusted — in CAD software. An STL file stores a fixed polygon mesh that cannot be meaningfully edited but is ready to send directly to a 3D printer. STL is the format used for 3D printing. Slicing software such as Lychee Slicer or Chitubox reads STL files and prepares them for SLA, DLP, MSLA, or wax-jet printers. If you only need to print a design as-is, an STL file is sufficient.

STL files store fixed mesh geometry and cannot be properly edited the way a 3DM file can. Minor mesh repairs are possible, but changes like resizing a shank, adjusting a stone seat, or altering the design shape require an editable format such as 3DM. If you need to modify a design, buy the 3DM version.

Rhino is required to open and edit 3DM files. STL files do not require Rhino — they can be opened in most slicing and mesh software, including free tools such as Chitubox, Lychee Slicer, Meshmixer, and Blender.

Jeweltix requires designers to upload a matching STL file with every 3DM upload. This ensures buyers always receive a print-ready version alongside the editable file, and allows designs to be sent directly to CAM vendors for printing without conversion.

Register as a designer on Jeweltix, upload your 3DM and STL files, select a category, set your own price, and publish. Buyers preview your design in 3D and purchase it directly. No. When you upload an STL file, Jeweltix automatically generates five render images of the design from different angles. You do not need rendering software or photography — uploading the file is enough for the listing to be visually complete.

The designer sets the price. Jeweltix does not set, control, or dictate design prices. Designers can also choose to sell designs individually, as bundled collections, or both.

Jeweltix supports bulk uploading with a per-batch limit to keep uploads and render generation running reliably. The current limit is shown on the upload page, along with a percentage progress bar for each file and for the batch as a whole.

You remain the owner of every design you upload. Jeweltix does not sell, redistribute, or claim ownership of designer files, and this is stated in the Seller Terms and Conditions. Files are stored encrypted, the 3D preview shown to buyers is a reduced-quality mesh rather than the real file, and the original file cannot be downloaded by anyone until payment is completed.

No. The 3D viewer on a product page loads a reduced-resolution preview mesh, not the sellable file. The original 3DM or STL file becomes available only through a secure, expiring download link issued after successful payment.

Signature Collections is a dedicated section where designers launch curated, branded collections of their own work with a custom banner. A collection requires a minimum of 20 designs, which may be from one category or several. Designers choose whether buyers can purchase individual designs, the full collection as a bundle, or both. When a design sells, the payment is credited to the designer's Jeweltix wallet after deduction of the platform commission and payment gateway charges. The amount is held for 48 hours, and if no dispute is raised in that period it is released for withdrawal to the designer's bank account or UPI.

Earnings are held for 48 hours from the time of sale. After that period, if no dispute has been raised on the order, funds move to the withdrawable balance and can be transferred to a bank account or UPI. If a dispute is raised, the payout for that order is frozen until the dispute is resolved.

The 48-hour hold gives buyers a window to report a problem with a purchased file — a corrupt file, a wrong file, or a design that does not match its listing. It protects both sides: buyers are not left with an unusable file, and designers receive payment reliably once the window passes.

Two deductions are applied: the Jeweltix platform commission, and the actual payment gateway charges for that transaction. The full breakdown — amount paid by the buyer, platform commission, gateway charges, and net payout — is shown for every transaction in the designer's dashboard.

Yes. Designers and CAM vendors must complete identity and bank verification, including PAN and bank or UPI details, before withdrawing earnings. Designs can be listed before verification is complete, but payouts cannot be released until it is done.

CAM stands for Computer-Aided Manufacturing. In jewellery, it refers to converting a CAD design file into a physical pattern using a 3D printer — usually a resin or wax pattern — which is then used in lost-wax investment casting to produce the finished metal piece.

Yes. After purchasing a design on Jeweltix, a Print to Reality option connects you with registered CAM vendors. You select your city, view nearby vendors with their machines and per-gram rates, and issue the print job directly. The vendor quotes a final price, and printing begins once you confirm and pay through the platform.

On Jeweltix, select Print to Reality on any purchased design and choose your city. The platform lists registered CAM vendors in or nearest to that city, showing their available machine types, rate per gram, and an approximate cost estimate where the design's weight is available.

Two main technology families are used. Wax-jet or MultiJet printers such as the 3D Systems ProJet MJP, Flashforge WaxJet series, and Solidscape print true castable wax and are common in larger manufacturing units. Resin printers using SLA, DLP, or MSLA technology — including Formlabs, Asiga, Phrozen, and Elegoo machines — are widely used in smaller studios with castable resins.

All three cure liquid resin layer by layer, but the light source differs. SLA uses a laser, DLP uses a projector, and MSLA uses an LCD screen to mask UV light. DLP and MSLA cure an entire layer at once and are generally faster, while SLA is known for fine surface detail. All three are used for jewellery when paired with castable resin.

CAM vendors receive only the STL file for a job. Editable 3DM files are never sent to vendors, which protects the original designer's source file. Vendor access to the file expires once the job is completed.

Each CAM vendor sets their own rate per gram, which is shown when browsing vendors. Where a design's weight is listed, an approximate estimate is shown. After receiving the job, the vendor reviews the file and enters the actual printing cost, which the buyer can accept or decline before any payment is taken.

Register through the CAM vendor signup, providing your shop details, city, verified mobile number, the machines you own, and your rate per gram. Listings are reviewed and approved by Jeweltix before going live. Registration is currently free.

Open the order in your dashboard and select the option to report a problem. Describe the issue and attach a screenshot if relevant. The complaint is automatically routed to the Jeweltix support team, and the seller's or vendor's payment for that order is frozen until it is resolved.
